Sibast Furniture is a Danish family-owned furniture company with roots dating back to 1908. Founded on a legacy of traditional Danish craftsmanship, the brand rose to prominence under Helge Sibast, who in the 1950s and 60s built a furniture factory employing over 120 skilled craftsmen, creating some of the finest furniture in Danish design history — sold worldwide.

In 2012, Helge Sibast’s grandson rediscovered his grandfather’s 1953 masterpiece, the Sibast No 8 chair, and relaunched Sibast Furniture to carry the family name and design legacy forward. Today, the fourth generation continues this tradition, combining faithful reissues of iconic 1950s Danish Modern furniture with new, timeless contemporary designs — preserving authentic Scandinavian craftsmanship and quality for future generations.
