At NUG Nordic Urban, we collaborate with over 70 manufacturers across Scandinavia, primarily from Denmark. If you’re looking for a specific piece of furniture or a product that isn’t listed in our webshop but is from one of the brands in our collection, we’re happy to help. Du you have all products listed in your webshop?

  • No, we do not have all products from all maneufactors listed in our webshop. In case you have requests or want to order a product from one of the brands we carry please contact us via email on info@nordicurban.com

What does Showroom model mean?

  • As we have a physical store and showroom we sometimes change our display models – this means that you can get a good deal on an item that is almost like new.

What is Collectors Item?

  • An item – piece of furniture, for people who appreciate extremely exclusive craftsmanship and material choices, from the world’s greatest and most timeless architects and artists.

Can I order material and upholstery samples?

While we do not offer material samples for shipment, we invite you to visit our showroom in Berlin. Here, you can experience our extensive selection of furniture, upholstery, and wood samples in person.

 

I live in Berlin; can I borrow material samples to take home?

Unfortunately, we do not lend out our material samples, as we have only one of each sample available. However, we encourage you to visit our showroom to explore the materials firsthand.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

When you place an order with NUG Nordic Urban, whether through our webshop or in our showroom, you will always receive a written confirmation via email.

Can I pay in instalments

By choosing the PayPal option in our webshop you can pay in instalments, and on larger orders in our shop we can offer you to pay in 2 instalments.

Delivery times

Our delivery times may vary from the estimated dates provided in our webshop, as they depend on the production schedules of our manufacturers. Most of our products are made to order to minimize waste and promote sustainability.

Can you tell me how my order will be delivered?

  • Smaller orders will be shipped via mail.
  • Large orders, that’s too large for the mail will be delivered with a logistics company specialising in furniture transportation.

Can I order online and collect my order in the Showroom?

  • Yes – you can always order online and collect your order in our opening hours, please bring the digital copy of your order confirmation.

Why do you have long delivery times?

  • Due to sustainability are many of our furniture-products are produced when ordered, this means that we do not carry a large stock. 

I have ordered a sofa, how will it be delivered?

The delivery method for your sofa will depend on your location. We will choose the most suitable option to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
