In 1955, Wegner completed the series with the pp502 Swivel Chair, creating a collection of exclusive masterpieces for the CEO’s office. The desk exemplifies Wegner’s innovative approach of combining sharp steel with sculptural solid wood, resulting in elegant, balanced solutions. Its concise, organic, and luxurious lines reflect Wegner’s mastery of proportion, material, and function.
